Sales & Supply Chain Administrator, Norfolk – VACANCY FILLED

We are recruiting for a new Sales & Supply Chain Administrator role in Norfolk. A permanent, full time role with a salary of £22,000 – £25,000 per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Supply Chain Administrator to join this fast expanding food manufacturer. You will be joining the team at a time when the company is on a great trajectory and it will provide a fantastic opportunity for someone who really wants to progress their career in a fast growing, forward thinking organisation.

The role will require you to be an excellent communicator, have great attention to detail and be very organised as you will need to manage and prioritise lots of different tasks.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Order processing, from sales order to production work order through to final invoice;
  • Receiving and booking in deliveries to provide a live view of all outstanding orders;
  • Arranging daily collections and deliveries with courier partners;
  • Raising customer invoices;
  • Answering customer and supplier queries via telephone and email;
  • Liaising with other teams within the company to support projects and resolve queries.
  • Administrative assistance and holiday cover for the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Ensure that all forms and logs are maintained and that all documents are filed systematically.
  • Input and accurately maintain information held of Quotes and Supplier Information

 

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role or equally if you can prove a positive attitude and a keenness to learn then they would be prepared to train you. You must however demonstrate previous experience of building effective relationships with key stakeholders and hands on experience of managing and maintaining data. You will also display a high attention to detail and be numerate with the determination and commitment to complete each task to the highest standard and on time.

The role will require you to work 8.30am-5.30pm – Monday – Friday although the client is prepared to offer flexibility in hours if needed.
